The meat industry represents a potential growth market for Commercial Manufacturing in that we have a small footprint there, but are accustomed to building the type of sanitary equipment needed to transport, rinse, dewater, and orient meat products. With the growing popularity of pre-cooked and frozen meat products we have delivered a number of highly sanitary vibratory shakers to separate cooking oil or water from the meat product so that the cooking medium can be recycled and the meat product readied for packaging.
